Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition & People Partner to support our growing teams across Calamatta Cuschieri and Moneybase.

This is a hands-on role combining end-to-end recruitment with broader people partnering responsibilities. You will work closely with hiring managers and Heads of Department to attract great talent, improve employee performance and development, and support an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offers and onboarding handover.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles and build effective recruitment strategies.

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, universities, career fairs, professional networks and other relevant channels.

• Screen and interview candidates, providing clear recommendations and market insights to hiring teams.

• Ensure candidates receive a professional, timely and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage our ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines and reporting.

• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, hiring costs and ROI, using data to continuously improve our approach.

• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards and other channels.

• Build relationships with universities, colleges and external recruitment partners to strengthen our talent pipeline.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Calamatta Cuschieri and Moneybase in the external talent market.

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a combined Talent/HR role.

• Experience within FinTech, financial services, banking or another fast-paced regulated environment would be an advantage.

• Hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

• Exposure to performance management, employee relations or broader HR activities would be considered an advantage.
