Finance Stack is the Fintech arm of the CC Finance Group which employs 175+ people. The Fintech division is made up of a multinational team of over 50 IT specialists who thrive on a challenge and are always looking at developing the next big thing. We are currently working on some very exciting projects that include investment and banking both of which are on an international scale. We are utilizing the very latest technologies to get us there.


The Senior DevOps Engineer collaborates with software developers, system operators and other IT staff members to manage code releases. They cross and merge the barriers that exist between software development, testing and operations teams and keep existing networks in mind as they design, plan and test.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment lifecycle of our product

  • Automate Processes for Developers and DevOps alike

  • Monitor and maintain environments within our eco-system

  • Work hand in hand with our security team to ensure a secure environment

  • Work hand in hand with the developer to ensure a smooth deployment and troubleshoot any issues

  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems in Azure Cloud

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies

  • Mentor junior DevOps Engineers

Job requirements


Experience & Education Requirements

  • Experience with the following technologies: K8s, Azure

  • Experience with CI / CD Systems

  • Experience managing distributed applications using microservices

  • Experience with a NoSQL database

  • Experience with MsSQL Server

  • Experience with Queuing Systems

PLUS POINTS

  • Holds 5 years of experience in a DevOps role

  • Experience with Kafka

  • Experience with Couchbase

  • Experience with HA Proxy

  • Experience with Apache / Tomcat Servers

  • Experience with a Log Management Software

Skills Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral skills in English

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly accurate

  • Ability to understand broader business issues

  • Ability to work independently and within a group
