As we continue to grow sustainably, a new position has arisen for a Product Operations Manager reporting directly to the CTO.

Summary of Position:

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to coordinate and manage product releases across multiple teams. This role is operational at its core ensuring release activities run smoothly, calendars are up to date, and cross-team communication is clear. You will act as the link between product, engineering, DevOps, and leadership, making sure that teams follow agreed processes and that leadership has visibility through accurate reporting and dashboards

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the central release calendar across products and teams.

• Coordinate release readiness across engineering, QA, DevOps, and support.

• Facilitate release-related rituals (planning, retrospectives, roadmap reviews).

• Ensure adherence to existing SOPs and release processes.

• Monitor release execution and ensure post-deployment validation.

• Build and update dashboards (Jira, GitHub, etc.) to track progress and performance.

• Provide clear, regular reporting on roadmap delivery and release outcomes.

• Act as point of contact between product teams, engineering, and leadership for release matters.

• Support incident response and post-release reviews, ensuring learnings are captured.

• 5+ years in product operations, release coordination, or program management.

• Experience managing release cycles in technology-driven environments (fintech or SaaS ideal).

• Strong knowledge of Jira, GitHub, SharePoint (or similar tools).

• Good understanding of agile delivery workflows.

• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and communicate effectively.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
