Job description
Moneybase is a multi award-winning company that forms part of the CC Group which pioneered local financial services in 1971 and which employs 185 people. As Malta’s largest homegrown Fintech, Moneybase is reshaping financial services by offering a comprehensive platform that integrates investments, payments and card services for individuals and businesses alike. We are here to make money simple and committed to offering great customer service, user-friendliness, and innovative solutions that position us as a preferred choice for comprehensive financial management.
Product Manager – Core Team
Moneybase is a Maltese fintech platform for payments, investments and business banking, part of the CC Finance Group. The Core team builds and runs the shared services that every other Moneybase team depends on.
The Product Manager owns the Core product area end to end, working with the team to maximise the value these services deliver to our customers and to the teams that build on them. The Core remit covers:
· Wallets management – the account and wallet infrastructure behind balances, currencies, transactions and accounting.
· Plans – subscription plans for business customers, including pricing, entitlements and billing journeys, customer tiers and their benefits, eligibility and upgrade journeys.
· Account communications – transactional and marketing email, push notifications and in-app messaging, in-app stories and engagement campaigns, and the link management behind them.
· Customer support suite – the platform our support agents use to serve customers across channels, including automation and self-service.
Because these services are consumed by customers and by other Moneybase teams, this role treats internal teams as customers: their requirements feed the roadmap alongside customer needs and commercial goals.
