About the role:

The Payments Officer will support the finance and fund administration functions by handling invoicing, payments, fee calculations, records, and related administrative tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare Periodic invoicing for CC Fund Services Malta Limited

  • Prepare payments in accordance with established internal procedures.

  • Proper filing of Invoices in a timely manner

  • Preparing and maintain various fee calculations in respect to funds under administrations

  • Assisting CC Fund Services team in any necessary tasks or queries

  • Prepare and calculate director fees in accordance to agreements and FSS requirements.

  • Download of Daily/Non-Daily statements

  • Preparation of Invoices List for VAT/TAX Advisors 

  • Preparation and maintaining of Pending Invoices Lists 

  • Contact / Liaise with clients to obtain necessary confirmations in line to internal procedures

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in a Fund administration, finance, accounting, payments, or administrative role would be an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and financial processes.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Good numerical and analytical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to check information and identify discrepancies.

  • Good record-keeping and document management skills.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and develop within the finance function.
