Role Overview 

The HR & Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the People & Culture team across all HR operations from recruitment coordination and onboarding to training and performance management. You will work closely with the whole team supporting on day-to-day HR administration, recruitment logistics, and training and performance initiatives. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of people operations.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation. 

  • Support onboarding and off boarding processes (JobPlus, permits, checklists). 

  • Manage HR trackers (probation, leave, engagement, etc.). 

  • Support with general HR queries and letters. 

  • Post job openings and manage applications in our ATS platform. 

  • Schedule interviews, send feedback requests, and update trackers. 

  • Support sourcing for specific roles (mostly junior to mid-level). 

  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. 

  • Assist with scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance. 

  • Help maintain performance review timelines and documentation. 

  • Prepare summaries and reports for follow-ups. 

  • Support HR systems rollout (Revolut People). 

  • Help with ad-hoc HR projects and audits as needed. 

Job requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations. 

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills. 

  • Excellent communication and follow-through. 

  • Comfortable handling confidential information. 

  • Experience using HR/ATS tools  

  • Fluent in English
