Job overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our Operations Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise client files, including opening new folders.

  • File invoiced batches and related documentation.

  • Archive documentation older than 10 years.

  • Archive closed client files as instructed by Compliance.

  • Scan and print documents.

  • Print remittances and credit notes.

  • Assist the Operations Team with other administrative duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Ideally hold previous admin experience

  • On the job training will be provided

  • Be highly organized, proactive, and able to work on own initiative

  • Be proficient in the latest Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel

  • Good communication skills

  • Present a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude

  • Be detail oriented
