Job description
Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase is one of Malta's largest financial services firms that pioneered the Maltese financial services industry as early as 1971. With a philosophy to consistently service clients in an honest and personalised manner, we have moved from strength to strength, gaining an excellent reputation along the way.
Moneybase is a multi-award-winning finance platform that allows individuals and businesses to easily manage all their financial needs, from daily payments and investments to treasury and wealth management. Moneybase forms part of the Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase Group, which pioneered local financial services in 1971. The group employs over 200 people from over 30 countries around the world, with Assets Under Management and Administration of over €3 billion.
As Malta's largest homegrown Fintech, Moneybase is reshaping financial services by offering a comprehensive platform that integrates investments, payments and card services for individuals and businesses alike. We are here to make money simple and committed to offering great customer service, user-friendliness, and innovative solutions that position us as a preferred choice for comprehensive financial management.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Google Ads certified, to own our digital marketing function end to end - setting up, tracking and optimising campaigns across paid channels, and driving continuous improvement of the website. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Content and Social Media Manager to keep paid and organic activity aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, set up, run and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social and other digital channels
• Own tracking and measurement: implement and maintain tagging, conversion tracking and attribution across all campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for cost per acquisition, ROI and other agreed KPIs
• Manage the digital marketing budget across channels, reallocating spend based on performance
• Own website performance — page speed, conversion rate, SEO and user journey — working with developers where needed
• Build and maintain website pages and landing pages directly, reducing reliance on development resource
• Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion
• Report on digital performance to the Head of Marketing and wider team, with clear, actionable recommendations
• Stay current with Google Ads, SEO and web platform developments, and apply best practice
• Work closely with the Content and Social Media Manager to align paid and organic activity
