Content and Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Content and Social Media Manager to own tone of voice and content output across the group - from website and blogs to PR and social media. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to keep paid and organic activity aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a single, consistent tone of voice across all customer-facing content: website, blog, PR, social media, email and app copy

• Plan and manage the content calendar across channels, coordinating publishing schedules with campaign and product timelines

• Write, edit and publish blog articles, website copy, PR materials and social media content

• Manage day-to-day social media presence across all platforms, including community management and response to comments and DMs

• Brief and manage relationships with PR contacts, journalists and media outlets to secure coverage

• Coordinate influencer and partnership content where relevant

• Support campaign management by producing and adapting content assets across channels

• Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, traffic) and adjust the content plan accordingly

• Maintain a content style guide and brief other contributors so everyone writes in the group's voice

• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer service to keep messaging accurate and on-brand

Experience & Education Requirements:

• Tertiary level education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a content, social media or communications role, ideally in financial services, fintech or another regulated consumer-facing industry

• Demonstrable portfolio of published content across web, blog, PR and social

Skills Requirements:

• Excellent written English; Maltese an asset

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and current best practice

• Experience with content calendar and planning tools

• Working knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to content

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple channels and deadlines at once

• A sense of aesthetics and an eye for a consistent brand voice
