Job Overview:

To ensure success, the Accounts Clerk should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have attention to detail in their work. The person should also have the ability to work on their own initiative and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliations for various bank accounts

• Prepare supplier reconciliations and process supplier invoices on procurement system

• Prepare payments to suppliers

• Accurately enter and maintain financial records in the accounting systems

• Assist the Finance team with any other ad hoc request

• Assist in year-end audit requests

• A’ level education in Accounts or similar qualification

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word will be considered an asset

• Good attention to detail

• Be organized, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative

• Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment

• Present a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
